Préchauffez votre four à 190°C, chaleur tournante.
Dans un saladier, mélangez l’œuf et les sucres.
Ajoutez le sel, la farine tamisée et la levure et mélangez de nouveau à la fourchette ou au fouet.
Écrasez les bananes à la fourchette, incorporez-les à votre mélange.
Ajoutez le beurre fondu et mélangez votre préparation sans trop la battre, jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte homogène.
Remplissez les moules à muffins préalablement beurrés aux 2/3.
Enfournez 15 minutes à 190°C. Piquez vos muffins avec un cure-dent, celui-ci devra ressortir propre autrement, prolongez la cuisson de 5 minutes maximum.
